- Limited Warranty Period: The warranty period for Refurbished Smartphones/Laptops/Smartwatch/Tablets/Gaming Consoles is of six (06) months, commencing from the invoice date issued by Cashify.
- No Questions Asked Return Policy:
a. e-store Orders: A 15-day refund/replacement is applicable from the date of delivery.
b. POS Orders: A 30-day replacement policy is applicable from the invoice date. - Accessories Warranty: Accessories (Adaptor, Data/Charging/PowerCord & Battery) provided with the product hold a three (3) months warranty from the invoice date of Cashify.
- Original Purchaser Eligibility: The limited warranty extends solely to the original (first) purchaser (consumer) of the product and is not assignable or transferable.
- Warranty Services Requirement: Customers seeking warranty services must provide the original invoice with retailer name and date of purchase.
- Warranty Claim Process: To avail limited warranty coverage, consumers must register complaints through helpline number 8448797261, WhatsApp at 9330303035, email at return@cashify.in, or by reaching out to a nearby store. A pickup & drop will be organized after verifying the issue and on every Pick & drop a charge of INR 150/- shall be applicable.
- IMEI/Serial Number Validation: Consumers must provide the IMEI number/serial number of the device to establish the validity of the warranty period.
- Device Imaging Requirement: Consumers must share front, side & back images of the device before packing for pickup and may be required to showcase issues through video recording.
- Return Reason Verification: The reason for raising a return should match the issue/grade mismatch in the device; otherwise, the return request will be cancelled.
- Seal Integrity Requirement: The seal inside the device should be intact. If found tampered with at the time of receiving the returned device, no resolution will be provided.
- Limited Warranty Resolution: During the warranty period, the company may repair or replace the device. Replacement has a residual warranty period. Cashify reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund as per Company Policy.
- Damage Reporting Timeframe: For devices with damage/physical condition issues, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery alongwith un-boxing video of purchased device.
- Replacement Parts Ownership: All replaced parts, boards, or equipment become the property of the company.
- Return Packaging Requirement: Proper packaging is required to avoid physical damage during returns. Cashify reserves the right to deduct/recover money for improper packaging.
- Subcontracting of Services: Cashify may subcontract warranty services without notice to the customer.
- Agreement Completeness: This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between Company and the Customer only.
- Force Majeure Clause: Cashify shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as acts of God, Strikes, Governmental actions, etc.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram – Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Reserved Rights: All rights are reserved with Manak Waste Management Private Limited.
- Cessation of Warranty: This Limited Warranty Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Manak Waste Management Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the “Consumer”) who purchases a product covered by this Agreement. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the limited warranty coverage provided by the Company.
Conditions for Limited Warranty Coverage Cessation:
a. Incorrect IMEI/Serial Number: Limited warranty coverage shall cease if the Consumer fails to provide the correct IMEI number/Serial Number.
b. IMEI/Serial Number Tampering: Limited warranty coverage shall cease if the product’s IMEI/Serial Number has been removed, defaced, altered, or does not match the data in our records.
c. Exclusions: Limited warranty coverage shall cease under the following conditions: mishandling, misuse, improper storage, exposure to moisture/dampness, extreme temperatures, unauthorized modifications or repair, acts of God, spill of foods or liquids, wrong adjustment to consumer controls, or any other acts beyond the control of the Company, and defects not resulting from normal wear and tear.
d. Failure to Report Defect: Limited warranty coverage shall cease if the Consumer does not report the alleged defect or malfunction during the applicable warranty period.
e. Unauthorized Accessories/Software: Limited warranty coverage shall cease if the product is used with unauthorized accessories or software not supplied or authorized by the Company.
f. Quality Check Parameters: Devices with reported issues will be subjected to the Company’s quality control parameters.
g. Performance Variations: Limited warranty coverage does not apply to performance variations arising due to the passage of time, sustained usage, climatic conditions, or the entry of extraneous particles.
h. Backup Responsibility: The Consumer must ensure the backup of user configuration,data, settings, third-party software/add-ins, etc. The Company and its authorized service centre are not responsible for restoring/re-installing/backup, as these may be lost, changed, or altered during the repair or replacement process.
i. Billing for Non-Covered Charges: The Consumer will be billed for any part and/or workmanship/labour charges not covered under this limited warranty.
j. Product Information Changes: All warranty information, product features, and
specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
k. Limitation of Liability: This limitation of liability applies to all circumstances, including damages sought, claims made under this limited warranty agreement, tort claims (including negligence and strict product liability), contract claims, or any other claim. This limitation of liability is effective even if the Consumer has advised the Company or its representative of the possibility of such damages or if such possibility was reasonably foreseeable. This limitation of liability cannot be waived or modified by any person. By accepting the product covered by this Limited Warranty Agreement, the Consumer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

For refurbished device – Refund shall be applicable on invoice value of the customer Gadget as per
following scale. In case if the company is not able to provide the device after Repair or Replacement due
to any unforeseeable reasons, following depreciated amount may be refunded to the customer.

Resolution Timelines:
A. Pickup within 02-03 (Two-Three) working days of complaint subject to warranty Policy*. Contact customer service in case of delays.
B. Resolution through stores within 07 (Seven) working days after device physical handover of device.
C. Complete process (complaint initiation to dispatch) within 15 (Fifteen) working days from complaint.
Please read these terms of use carefully before using this website (“cashify”). These website terms of use (the “terms of use”) govern your access to and use of the website. The website is available for your use only on the condition that you agree to the terms of use set forth below. If you do not agree to all of the terms of use, do not access or use the website. By accessing or using the website, you and the entity you are authorized to represent (“you” or “your”) signify your agreement to be bound by the terms of use.
This is a legally binding contract between “you” the “seller of the goods”, Cashify, and + third-party buyers (“buyer”) which provides services for purchasing, recycling and/or donating of used consumer products (the “buyer services”). Cashify acts as a platform to allow sellers who comply with their policies to sell certain goods. You conduct your actual sales and other transactions directly with the third parties and, unless otherwise specifically and clearly indicated, not with Cashify. As a result, Cashify cannot control any aspect of your sales and transactions with third parties, and the third parties are solely responsible to you for all aspects of your sales and transactions with them and consequently cashify will have no liabilities towards the sellers or buyers in this regard. In the document below “we”, “our”, “us” is used for Cashify and Cashify’s third party buyer collectively.
- You certify that you are the legal owner of the gadget that you want to sell.
- All initial quotes are pending our evaluation of your gadget and no binding offer is made until we have had a chance to inspect the gadget. We reserve the right to refuse to offer to purchase any item that you offer to sell for any reason we deem, in our sole discretion, to be sensible. We reserve the right to change our quote at any time.
- Should you be given a quote via our website/app/affiliates AND we, upon inspection of your gadget, agree to pay you that quoted amount, you are legally and contractually bound to sell us the gadget for the price quoted via the website.
- Should you be given a quote via our website/app and upon inspection your gadget is A) a different model than originally quoted, B) missing any parts, C) in a different condition than stated, we, in instances mentioned heretofore and beyond, reserve the right to change our offer.
- All gadgets sold must compulsorily be attached with the following documents:
a. self-attested ID-proof (government approved) of owner of old gadget;
b. self-attested indemnity bond provided by us if required; - Lawful Sales Only. You must own the right, title and all legal interest in the gadget or other articles you sell us. Your sale and/or, shipment of any such article must not violate any law, regulation or statute of any jurisdiction. You may not unlawfully transfer or encumber any intellectual property, trademark, copyright, patent, software, license or other legal right or restriction via your shipping or selling of the picked-up article. The article you sell must be free of all legal restrictions that would affect the value of the article, restrict your legal right to transfer ownership of the article (including the article itself, softwares present on the article, or hardware on or inside the article). You must refrain from violating any export laws or restrictions. The article you sell (including all related materials, software and add on hardware) may not be counterfeited, stolen, or contain harmful or offensive content of any nature. You agree to indemnify and hold Cashify, our affiliates, suppliers, licensors and partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless, including costs, liabilities and legal fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your access to or use of Services, (ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions,
- It is also your responsibility to wipe, clean or delete data on your Gadget being sold via Cashify. You confirm that all the data in the said device will be erased before handing it over. You also confirm that in spite of erasing the data manually/electronically, if any data still accessible due any technical reason, Cashify or the Third party buyer shall not be responsible for the same and you will not approach Cashify for any retrieval of the data.
- You understand once a device is sold by you via Cashify, in no scenario can this device be returned back to you.
- You understand that Products distributed as gifts from state sponsored or NGO funded distribution programs are not accepted on Cashify platform.
- We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of our website/app, any of our tools and services, following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified. Terms and conditions modifying the Agreement are effective immediately upon publication
- Cashify reserves the right to cancel any transaction that is deemed suspicious or fraudulent on the organisation’s own discretion.
Terms of Use for Repair of Product
The Services constitute a technology platform that connects users of Cashify mobile applications or websites provided as part of the Services (each, an “Application”) who are seeking gadget (Phones, tablet, Laptop etc.) repair services to a network of third party repair technicians, including, without limitation, independent third party repair technicians and third party logistics providers under agreement with Cashify (“Third Party Professionals”). The Services are made available solely for your personal/ non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise, in writing in a separate agreement with you.
You acknowledge and agree that cashify does not provide gadget repair services or logistics or function as a gadget repair services company. Our services are to be used by you, if at all, for the purpose of requesting and scheduling gadget repair services or logistics services with third party professionals, but you agree that cashify has no responsibility or liability to you related to any gadget repair services or logistics provided to you by the third party professionals through the use of the services
The Services other than as expressly set forth in these terms.
Cashify does not guarantee the suitability, safety or ability of third party professionals. It is solely your responsibility to determine if a third party professional will meet your needs and expectations. under no circumstances will cashify participate in disputes between you and a third party professional. by using the services, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to situations involving third party professionals that are potentially unsafe, offensive, harmful to minors, or otherwise objectionable, and that your use of third party professionals arranged or scheduled using the services is at your own risk and judgment. Cashify shall not have any liability whatsoever arising from or in any way related to your transactions or relationship with third party professionals.
Payment for Services
You understand and agree that usage of the Services may result in payments by you for the services you receive from a Third Party Professional (“Charges”). After you have received services, Cashify will facilitate payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Third Party Professional, solely as the Third Party Professional’s limited payment collection agent, using the preferred payment method you have designated while initiating or modifying your Account, and will send you a receipt vide email at the end of each session. By utilizing the Services, it is understood and agreed that payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered the same as payment made directly by you to the Third Party Professional(s). Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes wheresoever required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Cashify in its sole discretion. While you do retain the right to request lower Charges from a Third Party Professional for services received by you from such Third Party Professional at the time you receive such services from the Third Party Professional, Cashify will respond accordingly to any request from a Third Party Professional to modify the Charges for a particular service.
You understand and agree that (i) all Charges are due immediately and (ii) payment will be facilitated by Cashify using the preferred payment method you have designated while initiating or modifying your Account. If your primary account payment method is determined to not able to be charged for any reason whatsoever, you agree that Cashify may, as the Third Party Professional’s limited payment collection agent, use a secondary payment method in your account, if available.
Cashify reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise charges for any or all aspects of the Services at any time at Cashify’ sole discretion. Cashify will use reasonable efforts to inform you of charges that may apply, provided that you will be responsible for Charges incurred under your account regardless of your awareness of such charges or the amounts thereof. We may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different charges for the same or similar services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the services or the charges applied to you. You may choose to cancel your request for services from a Third Party Professional at any time prior to such Third Party Professional’s arrival.
Repair Clauses for iOS users: - We do not necessarily use original Apple parts to repair the phone.
- Please note that repairing your phone on Cashify will void the Apple warranty.
WARRANTY
The Third Party Professional provides you with a minimum 30 day warranty ( More than 30 days if specified in order) on the gadget repair services as follows: (a) Screen/LCD and/or any other repaired or replaced parts that malfunction, or does not work as intended or designed to work, and (b) the warranty provided is limited to the parts and/or service(s) that you paid for. Except, as otherwise provided in these Terms, the warranty extends to cover the labour cost of part replacement and any other repairs specifically resulting from the initial repair.
The warranty set forth above does not protect against:
(a) Your actions that cause damage to the device that was repaired by the Third Party Professional
(b) Software issues unrelated to the repair
(c) Devices that have been jailbroken
(d) Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair (YOU ARE ADVISED TO BACK UP ALL DATA PRIOR TO ANY REPAIR ATTEMPT)
(e) Any issue you knew about and advised the Third Party Professional or Cashify related to the device distinct from the repair, and noted prior to the repair being made
(f) Water damage
The warranty set forth in these Terms is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer. Under no circumstances is the warranty transferable to different devices or to an individual that is not you.
While you will notify Cashify of any warranty claim, and Cashify will thereafter notify the Third Party Professional of the need to investigate the warranty claim, liability for performing the warranty repair services will rest solely with the Third Party Professional who performed the repair service. By using the Services, you are authorizing the Third Party Professional to perform repair work on your cellular phone or tablet device or any other article. You understand that neither Cashify nor the Third Party Professionals are Authorized Service Providers (ASP) of any cellular phone or tablet manufacturer, including but not limited to Apple Inc., and that neither Cashify nor the Third Party Professional are in any way affiliated with the gadget manufacturer, including but not limited to Apple Inc. Further, by using the Services you agree to release, indemnify, and hold Cashify harmless from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any gadget device repair work performed on your device unless it is caused by the gross negligence of the Third Party Professional.
By utilizing the Services you understand that Cashify has no liability for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on your device. You also understand that you have the option to, and are responsible for backing up your device before allowing the Third Party Professional to perform repair work on your device.
By availing the Services you understand that any repairs or technical assistance rendered by the Third Party Professional may void manufacturer warranties for the device repaired, and that Cashify will not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties stand abated. Cashify and the Third Party Professionals have no liability whatsoever for indirect or consequential damages resulting from a repair or repair attempt, including any lost or damaged data, software, or lost profits or revenue of the customer.
Cashify will warrant to you that from the date the repair Services are provided to you till a period of minimum 30 days , so long as you remain the owner (“Warranty Period”), each part and accessory provided to you as a component of the repair performed by the Third Party Professional under these Terms will be materially free of manufacturing defects. Cashify’s sole obligation, and your sole remedy, under this warranty is limited to, at Cashify’ sole discretion, repair or replacement of the defective part or accessory provided as a component of the repair. This warranty under these Terms is non-transferable.
Please note that Cashify’s obligations under the warranty contained in these Terms are conditioned on your prompt notification to both the Third Party Professional AND Cashify of any warranty claim and complying with Cashify’ then-current warranty procedures provided to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranty, so the limitations and exclusions in this section may not apply to you. Your statutory rights that cannot be waived, if any, are not affected by these provisions. You agree and acknowledge that the limitations and exclusions of liability and warranty provided in these terms of use are fair and reasonable.
Terms of Use for Buying Refurbished Phone
The Services constitute a technology platform that connects users of Cashify mobile applications or websites provided as part of the Services (each, an “Application”) who are seeking to buy refurbished gadget (Phones, tablet, Laptop etc.).
By purchasing a refurbished gadget from our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Refurbished Gadgets: Our refurbished gadgets undergo a thorough inspection and restoration process to ensure functionality and quality. However, please note that these devices may have signs of previous use, such as minor cosmetic imperfections. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and condition details for each device.
Warranty: All refurbished devices come with a limited warranty specified for each product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions during normal use. It doesn’t include accidental or liquid/water damages. Please review the warranty terms and duration provided with your purchased device.
Return Policy: If you encounter any issues with your refurbished device, please contact our customer support within the specified return period. Privacy and Data Security: We value your privacy. Cashify collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. Cashify is a marketplace venue
Cashify is a platform to allow users, subject to compliance with Cashify’s policies, to sell/repair certain goods. Cashify may not be directly involved in the transaction between user(s) and third party professional(s), ensuringensuing no control by reasons whatsoever in any aspect of your transactions with Third Parties, and the Third Parties are solely responsible to you for all aspects of your transactions with them.
2. Permitted Use and Compliance with Laws.
Cashify authorizes you to access, view and use the Site content and software (collectively, the “Cashify Property”) solely to the extent necessary for you to use the Services. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices that have been placed on the Cashify Property. You may not engage in systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Cashify Property. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions, any modification, reproduction, redistribution, republication, uploading, posting, transmitting, distributing or otherwise exploiting in any way the Cashify Property, or any portion of the Cashify Property, is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Cashify.

Other marks on the site not owned by Cashify may be under license from the trademark owner thereof, in which case such license is for the exclusive benefit and use of Cashify unless otherwise stated, or may be the property of their respective owners. 5. Privacy and Passwords
Cashify values and protectprotects the privacy of your information. Please review the Cashify privacy policy, as it contains important information relating to your use of the Site and Services. Some portions of the Site are protected and require a user identification code (“User ID”) and password for access. Unauthorized access or use of such portions of the Site is prohibited. You agree that you will notify Cashify immediately if you believe that a third party has obtained your User ID or password, or if you believe that any unauthorized access or use may occur or has occurred. For your protection, if Cashify believes that any unauthorized access may occur or has occurred, Cashify may terminate access without prior notice to you. 6. Membership
a. Registration and Basic Membership Terms: Members are visitors to the site and or those using the Services that choose to register with Cashify (“Members”). Once registered, an account is created for each Member (“Account”). If you choose to register as a Member, you represent and warrant to us that:
(i) you are of legal age to form a binding contract
(ii) you will provide us with accurate, current and complete registration and contact information, and keep your information updated
(iii) your registration and your use of the Services are not prohibited by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership, or your access to the Site and or Services, in the event that you breach any of the Terms & Conditions or other applicable Cashify policies.
b. Password and Account Security: In connection with your Account, you will create a password and a user id. You are responsible for keeping your password and secure, and you are responsible for all actions taken using your password.
c. Age: To create an Account or to otherwise use this Website, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, whichever is greater.
7. Inactive Accounts
Inactive Status: A Member’s Account may be set to inactive if there is no activity associated with that Account for 180 days.
8. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations of Liability
We warrant that the Services and Cashify Property will conform substantially to the descriptions set forth on the Site. In the event of any breach of this warranty, the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Cashify’s sole and exclusive liability, shall be (at Cashify’s option) to remedy the failure or to refund the monetary amount paid for the services by the Customer, if any. Except as set forth in the foregoing sentence, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Services or the Cashify Property. We expressly disclaim any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including: all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any and all warranties arising from course of dealing and usage of trade; that the services and cashify property will meet your requirements, will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure or operate without error, as to the results that may be obtained from the operation, use or other exploitation of the services or cashify property, and as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the services or the cashify property. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained not expressly stated herein.
Under no circumstances will you be entitled to recover from us any incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive or special damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits or loss of use), whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising from or relating to the services or cashify property, even if cashify has been informed or should have known of the possibility of such damages. In anyin any event, cashify’s maximum aggregate liability for any and all damages arising from the services or the cashify property shall be a refund of the amount paid by you to us, if any.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of warranties or of liability, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Cashify, our affiliates, suppliers, licensors and partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless, including costs, liabilities and legal fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your access to or use of Services, (ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or (iii) the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Cashify reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of Cashify. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
10. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, Compliance
You and Cashify agree that all matters arising from or relating to the use and operation of the Site and/or the Services will be governed by the substantive laws of Republic of India, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree that all claims you may have arising from or relating to the operation, use or other exploitation of the Site and/or the Services will be heard and resolved in the courts located in New Delhi. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you, stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts, and covenant not to assert any objection to proceeding in such courts.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
No delay or omission by us in exercising any of our rights occurring upon any noncompliance or default by you with respect to any of these Terms & Conditions will impair any such right or be construed to be a waiver thereof, and a waiver by us of any of the covenants, conditions or agreements to be performed by you will not be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach thereof or of any other covenant, condition or agreement hereof contained. As used in these Terms & Conditions, “including” means “including but not limited to.” If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then these Terms & Conditions will remain in full force and effect and will be reformed to be valid and enforceable while reflecting the intent of the parties to the greatest extent permitted by law. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, these Terms & conditions set forth the entire agreement between you and Cashify regarding its subject matter, and supersedes all prior promises, agreements or representations, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter. You agree that the electronic text of these Terms & Conditions constitutes writing and your assent to the terms and conditions hereof constitutes a “signing” for all purposes.
12. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
By submitting any Cashify contact form, you understand that you may be contacted by a Cashify representative or a representative from the partner you’ve chosen. You may be contacted via telephone, email, text, or prerecorded message regarding Cashify programs, offers, events, announcements, and offers from Cashify’s third party marketing partners. If you respond to any such offer, your information will be subject to that third party’s terms and conditions. By providing us your phone number, you grant Cashify permission for the use of text messages, prerecorded voice or and/or automatic telephone dialing systems to contact you and/or deliver Cashify related information, offers or announcements.
You also agree that Cashify may attempt to contact you via any telephone number you provide, even if it is a mobile telephone number which may result in charges to you. You can opt out from Cashify email and messaging services at any time by writing to info@cashify.in .
You understand that agreeing to run diagnostics on the Cashify app program will allow Cashify access to your device, solely in relation to conducting the assessment of the quality parameters of your device. In no matter will your private information and data on the device will be accessed for any other purpose and that such information shall not be downloaded by the Company or used in any other manner.
